Head of Programming

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract

Hours: 30 hours / 4 days per week

Salary: £40,600 pro rata (£32, 480 p.a)

 

Overview of Role

 

The Head of Programming is a member of the Leadership Team with responsibility to develop and oversee the production and delivery of a diverse range of public and schools’ programming for We the Curious, working with in-house teams as well as supporting a broader creative ecosystem of collaborators across disciplines in Bristol and beyond. We are looking for someone with a track record in leading teams as a creative or executive producer, who is confident facilitating creative ideas and development sessions. You will have experience in developing a programme from scratch or transforming an existing programme.
