The BIG Executive Committee are following the COVID-19 situation closely and are following Government advice on mass gatherings and social distancing.
In light of these events, the BIG Event was moved online for 2020 and continues to be online in 2021. Details of our 2021 event can be found here
We will continue to deliver our events online for the foreseeable future to do our part to keep everyone safe. When it is safe and responsible for us to gather again, we will. But until that time, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are aware that a large number of our Members are freelancers, on zero-hours contracts or in other precarious situations, and that the current situation presents a challenge across the whole Sci Comm sector. We continue to provide event bursaries to support those colleagues in need.
If you are not currently a BIG Member, you can purchase BIG Membership for the cost of £35 or as part of a BIG Event ticket.
BIG is a membership organisation that relies on membership fees and income from our events to cover our annual running costs and activities. If you are in a situation where you are able to make a one-off donation, your support would be much appreciated so that we can continue to support our community.
