Accommodation at the BIG Event 2026

Please find below the direct link for you to check availability and to book and pay for your accommodation at the BIG Event taking place in York. This is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis and is at your own cost.

We have agreed a limited number of rooms will be available on site accommodation at the National STEM Learning Centre in York, however these are to booked directly by you. 

The cost per night of B&B for event guests is £47+VAT for a single and £69+VAT for a double.
