We are looking for a Research Development Officer to join the University Research Office, with the ability to work across STEM and STEM-related disciplines. The role holder will play an integral role in developing a world-class research environment, supporting bidding and grant capture with a focus on diversifying our income streams and pursuing commercial or industry channels.

Research Development Officers manage the bidding process and contribute to improving the quality of research bids. Duties include identifying new funding opportunities, supporting grant applications, co-ordinating peer review, and engaging with a range of collaborators and other stakeholders, both within the university sector and beyond. Roehampton’s strong investment in research as part of our new strategic plan has created this space for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team.

Salary range: £35,838 - £38,812
