Research Communications Manager - JDRF

£29,175-£34,275 per annum (Birmingham or Leeds)

£31,325-£36,725 per annum inclusive (London)

As JDRF’s Research Communications Manager you will support the delivery of our communications strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of vibrant, engaging research-themed content for different audiences via different channels. You’ll oversee the maintenance of important relationships with UK-based research scientists, as well as other stakeholders vital to our mission. 

You’ll have great digital and social media skills. You’ll have experience of public speaking and developing others to be public speakers too. It’s crucial that you have first-rate writing abilities - and that you can coach this in others. You’ll also be able to demonstrate your project management, time management and people-management skills.
