The Faraday Institution is seeking a highly organised, motivated, and proactive individual to lead the delivery and ongoing development of two flagship programmes:
This role combines management, delivery, and continuous improvement of these established programmes, ensuring that activities are delivered to a consistently high standard and continue to provide an excellent experience for researchers, students, and other stakeholders. The postholder will take responsibility for operational delivery, budgeting, coordination and evaluation, working closely with the Head of Training and Talent Development, who will oversee strategic planning of the programmes.
Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Oxfordshire (hybrid working)
£42,500–£45,000

The postholder will build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and be responsible for identifying and working with others across the Engagement, Education and Events team, to promote success stories, demonstrating programme impact.
