Hours: Part-time 33.75 hours per week (0.9 FTE, can be worked over 4 or 5 days)

Salary: £44,000-£50,000 per annum, pro rata, dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent

Reports to: CEO

Direct Reports: 1 x Sustainable Futures Innovator

Our sustainability work began in 2011 and has grown so that we are now recognised as the world leader in the fast-developing field of sustainability in science centres. As part of the Leadership Team, you will lead on We The Curious’ Sustainable Futures work and strategy, embedding sustainability into the culture of the organisation and being a spokesperson for sustainability for the organisation, city and sector. You will champion action on the climate and ecology emergency within We The Curious and with its audiences. You’ll partner and lead a programme of organisational change and training to engage all staff and ensure environmental sustainability is embedded into the culture of the organisation.
